Plan Management with Manage It.

With your plan management at Manage It, participants enjoy the flexibility of taking control of their plan, without any of the troublesome administrative burden that is involved with claiming from the NDIS or dealing with bills and invoices from their service providers.

Plan Management is the core service provided by Manage It, ensuring that our full focus is on achieving the goals and fulfilling the requirements of your Plan.

At Manage It, you get your own dedicated Plan Manager who will look after all your claims, reimbursements and payments, process your invoices, keep you up-to-date with your available funds and ensure that you are meeting all your obligations with the NDIS. If your dedicated Plan Manager is unavailable, we have a team of Relief Plan Managers standing by.

Our Plan Managers are available to be contacted directly via phone, email or you can even request a face-to-face meeting to discuss your plan and funding.

Keep an eye on your funding with Self Manager

All our participants have access to our online record-keeping and budgeting tool, Self Manager.

With Self Manager, you get instant access to view the payments that we have processed for you, as well as the balances of your plan-managed budgets.

You can even upload invoices and requests for reimbursement directly to Self Manager yourself. Your dedicated Plan Manager will then do the rest for you, making sure that your service providers are paid promptly.

Self Manager allows participants to process payroll if you employ your own support workers, fulfilling all employer obligations such as taxation, superannuation, reporting to the Australian Tax Office, and so much more.
