Payment Delay Notices

From time to time, there may be some delays of payments to suppliers used by our plan-managed participants. Manage It strives to ensure prompt claiming and payment of all invoices, but sometimes external factors may delay these payments to the supplier.

Please review the notices below for all payment delays that we are aware of.

If you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

While we always prioritize payrolls on Monday mornings, please note that there may be delays in receiving funds from the NDIA, which could affect payments to your staff. We recommend notifying your team in advance to manage expectations.

The NDIS may also introduce delays during the holiday period. If you make a payment request or have a recurring transport payment expected on:

  • 22 December – it will be paid from 27 December

After the 2nd January 2025, we will return to our usual payment cycle. Claims will generally be paid within 2 to 3 days however some payments may take up to 10 days due to NDIS delays or auditing.

Ongoing: Payment Delays due to NDIS Claim Reviewing

The NDIS, as part of their progress towards reducing fraud and non-compliant behavior, has enacted a review process for all bulk claims, which means that payments may be 24-48 hours slower than before, and payments may be delayed longer if they are under review.
