25th December 2025 - 5th January 2026: Christmas and New Year's Holiday Period

Manage It will be operating at a restricted capacity for the Christmas and New Year 2026 holiday period, however, we will still prioritise and issue payroll for payroll participants during this break.

  • Payroll that is due on Monday 29th December will be processed Tuesday 30th December instead.
  • Payroll that is due on Monday 5th January 2026 will be processed Tuesday 6th January 2026 instead.

Please ensure that you have submitted all required timesheets and other necessary information before the Tuesday dates above in order to have your payroll processed, as we will be unable to issue "out-of-cycle" payroll during this time.

There may be delays for payment of payroll due to the NDIS delayed payment schedule over this holiday period. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Please see the Christmas and New Year Holiday Information on the Contact Us page for more information on Manage It's availability during this period.

General advice

Public holidays and payroll processing

When public holidays take place in Western Australia, Manage It will process payroll on the next working day after the public holiday (or group of public holidays), unless otherwise instructed by the participant. This may mean a delay in payments being made to support workers or other staff. We encourage that you notify your support workers and staff in advance of any public holidays and manage expectations of payment should your standard payroll day fall within a public holidays.
